Location: The hotel is located in the Southern part of Sunny Beach Resort, at the outskirts of the historical town of Nessebar. It is situated amongst the unique sandy dunes on beach. The distance to the sea is about 100 m.

Accommodation: The hotel has 150 accommodation units altogether, that include standard twin rooms, studios and apartments. The twin rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with shower and bathtubs, WC, direct dial telephone, effective air-conditioning system, fridge, Sat-TV and balcony.

Food: main restaurant with an open-air terrace, where you can enjoy a rich breakfast and dinner buffet. There is also at a local additional charge a smaller restaurant that offers Serbian cuisine including famous Serbian grill as well as other national dishes.

Sports and facilities: There is an outdoor swimming pool with a children's section, and pool bar. The sunbeds and umbrellas are at extra charge. The hotel offers a Spa centre with indoor pool, fitness centre, sauna, Jacuzzi and solarium - solarium at extra local charge.
